CHEF’S SECRET RECIPE
“This is a summer showstopper that I love to cook at home. The chicken juices flavour and soften the rice, and the broad beans, watercress and sweet lemons give the dish its freshness. I like to serve it family-style, on a big platter in the middle of the table, then I carve and everyone helps themselves.”
RICHARD BAINBRIDGE, CHEF
