HOW MANY TIMES CAN IREUSE OIL?
There’s no specific answer to this question, as it depends on how well you look after it. If you’re deep-frying in a pan, you should be able to reuse the oil 3-6 times (more if using a deep fat fryer). Trust your senses: if it smells and looks like oil, you’re good to go again. If it smells acrid or rancid, or looks really dark or foamy, it’s time to recycle it (see below).
