1 Explore… AN ILLUMINATED WONDERLAND
… at one of seven Raymond Gubbay Christmas light trails taking place at historic properties and locations across the UK this winter. When darkness falls, you’ll encounter extraordinary sights including gardens made of ‘fire’, twinkling tunnels of light and kaleidoscopes of colour in the trees at Kew Gardens (18 Nov-3 Jan), Bedgebury National Pinetum in Kent (20 Nov-31 Dec), Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire (20 Nov-3 Jan), Dunham Massey in Greater Manchester (20 Nov-30 Dec), Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic Garden (26 Nov-3 Jan), Belton House in Lincolnshire (27 Nov-3 Jan) and Stourhead in Wiltshire (27 Nov-3 Dec). Taking place outdoors with precautions including reduced capacity and queuing, the events are a 2020-friendly way to conjure up that Christmas anticipation. Don’t forget to wrap up warm.
