Join Delia Smith, Alex Mackay and other food and wine experts for all-day workshops full of inspiration and expertise, great food and wine - and lots of fun. What are they? Food demos, tutored wine tastings, cocktail demonstrations, Q&A sessions… Plus a three-course lunch at Delia’s Top of the Terrace Restaurant, Norwich. Who goes? Anyone of any age who loves food and wine and wants to learn more. Who’s there? Each day is hosted by Alex Mackay, formerly director of Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Cookery School and Le Baou d’Infer in Provence. There will be a tutored wine tasting by Peter Graham Wines of Norfolk and Delia will be there, too, for photos and book signings.
