THE BACK STORY
Originally from Hungary, Julianna Sedli worked for leading lights in the artisan cheese world in the US and UK – including goat’s cheese guru the late Mary Holbrook. Julianna set up the Old Cheese Room in a converted cattle byre at the Neston Park Estate in Wiltshire in 2011, where she and her husband Karim make baronet with organic milk from the farm’s herd of Jersey cows.
