Over 25 UK cookery schools are sharing advice on cooking and eating well for less. Free online workshops from 1-8 October will include pickling and fermenting with River Cottage’s head tutor Gelf Alderson and ideas for using up bread with Richard Bertinet. The activities mark the first British Cookery Schools Week, organised by the Independent Cookery Schools Association, and will raise funds for UK charity Feeding Britain.
