MEET MICHELÉ He’s the son of Albert Roux and nephew of Michel Roux Sr – the famed Roux Brothers – as well as being the long-standing chef of two- Michelin-starred Le Gavroche restaurant in Mayfair, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year (some of you joined us for a reader event there). Michel is known to TV viewers of MasterChef: The Professionals, Saturday Kitchen and Kitchen Impossible with Michel Roux Jr, as well as being the author of several cookbooks. In his spare time (how does he have any of that, we wonder?) he’s a keen marathon runner.
