Serial entrepreneur Will Chase has quite a track record of success launching food products. Tyrrells crisps and Chase vodka, both made originally from the potatoes on his Herefordshire farm, are household names. Will’s latest business foray, Willy’s Wellness, reflects the stage he’s at in life: “I’m 60-something and recently recovered from illness. Now I want to have fun making products that are good for people, which reflects my outlook on life. The next chapter for me is fermenting.”
