THE SEEDS OF DEATH

THE POPULATION OF EARTH VASTLY OUTNUMBERS the Ice Warriors of the dying planet Mars, but the Martians’ sophisticated invasion plan proves that they shouldn’t be underestimated. Their attempt to colonise the planet is more dependent upon stealth and invention than strength of numbers.

In the late twenty-first century, mankind has become totally dependent upon the T-Mat system for the almost instantaneous transportation of individuals, raw materials and vital food supplies to all parts of the world. T-Mat is so effortless and efficient that it has superseded all conventional forms of travel. The Ice Warriors exploit this reliance by infiltrating T-Mat’s primary control centre on the Moon, where they murder most of the technicians and end T-Mat transmissions.
