Dogs Today magazine is a monthly publication whose mission it is to educate dog owners to help keep their pups happy and healthy. The magazine was short-listed for the prestigious award of 'best dog magazine in the world award’.

First published in 1990 by Burlington Publishing Company Ltd, it was created by the late Viscount Rothermere - Daily Mail proprietor. Being a dog lover himself, Rothermere believed Britain needed a magazine solely for dog lovers and enthusiasts, therefore, launched the successful title and set his head office in Chobham, Surrey.

Dogs Today distinguishes itself from other titles by also being a campaigning publication focused on laws and acts which affect and impact dog owners. The magazine played a key part in reforming the Dangerous Dogs Act as well as launching new policies such as banning tail docking nationwide. The magazine also places importance on the improvement of the health of pedigree dogs and compiled a checklist of hereditary health tests each breed should have before a litter is bred.

Each month receive advice from professionals, whether you’d like tips to improve their behaviour, obedience or walking etiquette or just looking for suggestions for the best agility and training classes - Dogs Today can provide you with the right information.
