Just when you think Yamaha’s MT range can’t get any bigger the Japanese manufacturer introduces yet another potent triple to its ever expanding family. The GT is based on the popular Tracer 900 (which has also been updated for 2018) and has a sport-touring nature.
This is essentially the most practical version of the MT range, with detachable hard-case panniers and cruise control as standard. Add to this fully adjustable forks and a tweakable shock with a remote adjuster, and you’ll grasp the serious intent behind this class defining model. It also comes with a quickshifter, TFT colour display, heated grips and an 18 litre tank as standard. The model’s expected to touch down in June of 2018.
Touring that isn’t boring…
