• 15cm (6in) round cake, 7.5cm (3in) deep

TO DECORATE

• 240g (8oz) of royal icing

• pure powdered food colour in black and red

• edible petal dusts: green, red, orange and yellow

• vodka

• edible liquid food colours (droplet): yellow and orange

• white vegetable fat
