Poly-dowels are like extra-strong straws that come in different diameters. Think of a poly-dowel as a vase: It provides support for your arrangement and a clean environment for your stem. When you remove your sugar flowers before slicing into the cake, there is no messy buttercream or other cake fillings to clean off. The flowers can then be boxed in tissue paper and gifted to the client.
