Spicy chicken slaw wraps


4 seeded tortilla wraps

4tbsp reduced-fat hummus

300g mixed-veg coleslaw (see below)

2 cooked chicken breasts, skin removed, shredded

3tbsp fresh mint leaves

1tsp chipotle paste

100g reduced-fat greek yogurt

1 Put the wraps on a clean worktop. Spread 1tbsp hummus down the centre of each, then top with the coleslaw, chicken and mint.
