FLAKED SALMON AND PUY LENTILS 402kcal
Simmer 50g puy lentils for 20 min. Drain, then mix with a good pinch of chopped fresh dill, 1 chopped spring onion and 1 diced, roasted red pepper. Mix in 60g cooked, flaked salmon. Drizzle over a dressing made with the juice of 1 lemon, ¼tsp dijon mustard and 1tsp olive oil
