CHOCOLATE Blend dates, ground almonds and a little orange zest and juice. Roll into truffles, dip into melted 85% chocolate, top each with an almond and chill until set.
POTATOES Make healthier hasselbacks by cutting slices into scrubbed new potatoes across the width at 3mm intervals, without cutting all the way through.
