Dates with feta and sesame

Mix 30g feta with 60g low-fat cream cheese, some finely diced chives and a squeeze of lemon juice. Use to fill 10 pitted dates, then bake at 190°C/ fan 170°C/gas 5 for 10 min. Top each with a tiny sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and serve warm.
