How do you deal with the temptation to overeat at this time of year?
I medicate myself with cooking… Actually, I have a self-regulatory approach to food. I don’t have a sensitive off-switch so if I’ve had a period of gluttony, I’m naturally inclined to ease off the indulgence and eat broths, which I find very cleansing. I drink masses of tea, too: ginger, fennel and lemon verbena are my favourites.
