Spread 2 slices wholemeal bread with reduced-fat salad cream. Sandwich together with 50g roasted, sliced turkey, cucumber slices and rocket. Have with 80g pickled beetroot and follow with 170g Total 0% fat Greek Yoghurt With Pomegranate & Raspberry

HUMMUS BEAN WRAP 400kcal

Spread 1tbsp reduced fat hummus on a tortilla wrap. Pile on 200g canned, drained, cannellini beans. Sprinkle over some chopped fresh basil, roll up and serve

SALMON PATÉ WITH SOURDOUGH 396kcal

Blend 60g canned, drained salmon with 2tbsp low fat soft cheese and some freshly chopped chives, plus a squeeze of lemon juice. Pile on to a slice of sourdough bread, and top with a sliced tomato. Have 80g grapes to follow
