BAKED COD 490kcal

Put 200g cod on a piece of foil and top with a handful of prawns. Drizzle over lemon juice and 1tsp extra-virgin olive oil. Season with black pepper. Wrap up in foil to make a parcel and bake at 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6 for 15 min or until cooked through. Serve with 200g cooked new potatoes, crushed, chopped fresh flatleaf parsley and 100g canned ratatouille served hot

EASY OMELETTE 470kcal

Whisk 3 large eggs in a bowl with some black pepper, chopped fresh flatleaf parsley and 1 chopped tomato. Add to a frying pan sprayed with olive oil, tilting to cover the pan, then cook until set. Serve with a green salad and 1 slice toast
