(A) Magnesium bath salts or oil sprays are good options, and give you an excuse to relax in the tub, too! Soak in warm water with Epsom salts or use (my favourite) BetterYou Magnesium soaks and sprays (from £2.99 for 15ml*) before bed. L-glutamine powder is another alternative and can be added to water, your post-workout smoothies, or taken in capsule form for happy muscle recovery.
