It’s not your average bootcamp that ends with a spontaneous group hug on the busy Monday morning concourse of London’s Liverpool Street station. But this is what happens after my weekend at the women-only Strength Sanctuary retreat. The group of us travelling back to London together feel it’s the only fitting way to say goodbye after three days of bonding over the carefully handcrafted mix of workouts, yoga and clean eating.
