Immortalised by the somewhat inaccurate (albeit brilliant) 1962 film, T.E.Lawrence is one of the First World War’s most iconic figures. Far removed from the static, mud-strewn Western Front, his story is told as an almost swashbuckling adventure, supposedly taking down an entire empire through brains and daring.
