While we all know that freedom to roam and equine companionship are the ideal for our horses, for a variety of reasons this isn’t always practical. The good news is there’s plenty you can do to enrich your horse’s stable environment and keep him mentally stimulated. Toys, licks and trickle feeders can be an effective way of helping to alleviate boredom when your horse is being stabled for longer periods – we round up the options.
