A tick off your list
With winter drawing nearer, it’s time to dig out your to-do list. How many items can you tick off before the cold sets in?

Stock up
If your horse has spent more time outside over summer, you may have forgotten just how much of your spare time the weekly feed shop run eats up when the clocks change. Bulk ordering means you’ll need to make fewer trips, and it could save you some pennies, too – not to mention a few extra minutes to spend with your equine best friend.
Intelligent eating
The reduced quantity and quality of grazing over winter, along with a change in routine, tends to demand dietary review for most horses. A qualified equine nutritionist will be able to help you create a feeding plan to ensure he’s getting all the nutrients he needs and assess his body condition moving into the colder months.
