EASTERN RHINOS bounced back from 32-24 down to beat ANGLIA VIPERS 34-32 in the EAST CUP FINAL, thanks to tries in the closing quarter for Harry Dines and Bayley Eden, with Ben Ratcliffe adding his fourth goal.
Ash Toomey, Dylan Burdorf, Peter Mbwasse and Dines had crossed earlier for the Rhinos, with Rory Butcher improving one score.
The Vipers, who had recovered from 24-10 adrift, had led through a brace apiece for Frankie Stockman and Zarco van Zyl, touchdowns to Josh Allard and Thomas Hendrick, and four Andrico Johannes goals.
