Resembling a vast ship, Palma’s Cathedral is an architectural landmark. On the seaward side, there are flying buttresses. Inside is a kaleidoscope of stained-glass windows and an intriguing flight of fancy by Gaudí, alongside an inventive rendering of a biblical parable by artist Miquel Barceló (; Carrer del Palau Reial, 9; closed Sun; £5).
