Avenida Álvaro Obregón is the main street in Roma Norte. It’s where you’ll find all the cool old mansions, and there are bars and cafés scattered on the side streets. A pedestrian strip runs down the middle of the street, punctuated by green spaces and interesting sculptures by local artists. One man has carved a wooden totem pole out of a dying tree. It’s a creative, bohemian street with great energy.
