Suadero (beef) tacos abound in the capital, but this place in the Centro Histórico district reigns supreme. Follow your nose to the bubbling vat of meats and go for the arterychoking campechano, a mixed beef and sausage taco. For the more adventurous eater, there are ojo (eye) or lengua (tongue) tacos (Bolívar 54; 10am–5am; tacos from 40p).
