Wise up on Flemish food at this restaurant with a menu based solidly on expertly prepared regional specialities. The highlight is os à moelle (marrow bone), but other its also worth trying carbonade famande – braised beef stewed with Flemish beer, spice bread and brown sugar (00 33 3 20 14 04 15; 40 rue de Gand; noon–2pm & 7.30pm–10pm Tue–Sat; mains from £7).
