AK-Interactive Terrains Dark Earth AK8018 is applied, with a plastic spatula, directly over the foam.
Holes are also drilled into the small trunks.
Metal pins are inserted into the holes previously drilled. AK-Interactive Magnet Ultra Resistant Cyanoacrylate Glue Standard Density AK12015 is used for the task.
Small trunks are glued into the main trunk. The metal pins, previously inserted, add an extra strength.

Last time we focused on the vehicle. In this instalment José makes the base and adds groundwork, figures and more.

For the base I decided to use wood and make the sidewalls from 10mm balsa foam.
The interior is filled with heat isolation foam. This material is easy to find, easy to cut, cheap and it’s lightweight. Deluxe Materials Foam 2 Foam glue is used for the task.
Being an acrylic paste, AK-Interactive Terrains Dark Earth can be thinned with water and in order to increase flow. Besides a spatula, we can also use a brush, a sponge or a tissue to apply this paste.
