U.S. citizen Brian Houston marries Evelia Reyes on November 18, while U.S. Border Patrol agents look on, at the U.S.-Mexico border. Houston and Reyes, a Mexican citizen, took advantage of the rare, brief opening of the gate at Border Field State Park to quickly exchange vows before a Tijuana judge. Houston and Reyes got three minutes together, as did 11 other families waiting for a chance to reunite.
