At some point, even the most adventurous among us have to turn away and gag. So how come no one on the show seems to get sick?
Now in its seventh season, Bourdain’s show continues to entertain with its focus on the gastronomically obscure and grotesque. News-week spoke with the celebrity chef about the show’s lack of foodborne illnesses and what the rest of us can do to avoid getting the runs.
