Sleat dismay at news Coruisk will not return

THE MV Coruisk will not return to the Mallaig-Armadale crossing this summer.

In a statement on Monday, CalMac said its 2017 summer timetable would be online and available for booking this week.

The company said the main change this year is its intention to deploy two vessels on the Mallaig-Armadale route which, it says, will allow the MV Coruisk to provide additional capacity on the busy Oban-Craignure route.
