PEOPLE often think of bar jobs as at the bottom of the pile when it comes to forging a career, but a businessman who runs two multi-award-winning island pubs has put an end to that by offering an incredible staff bonus.
Neil Morrison, 39, who runs ‘Scotland’s Friendliest Bar’, MacGochans in Tobermory, and the Isle of Islay’s Lochside Hotel in Bowmore, offered two lucky staff members trips of a lifetime as a bonus.
The incentive scheme is under the guise of improving customer service in his hotels by allowing staff members the chance to see how the hospitality industry works in other areas of the world.
