Dunbeg activist demands 40mph limit on the A85

HUNDREDS of people have now pledged their support and signed a petition asking for improvements to be made to the A85.

The Oban Times has been campaigning since the beginning of the year for upgrades to be made from Oban to Connel.

The Stay Alive on the A85 petition started following a number of tragic and heartbreaking accidents that have taken place on that stretch of road over the decades. At least 11 people have died in the past 17 years.
