A FREEDOM of Information request about exam results in Argyll and Bute was mishandled by the local authority, the regulator has ruled.
The officer said the local authority should not have withheld exam information from parents when it was requested. An Argyll and Bute Council spokeswoman said that among the 1,200 inquiries the authority received more than 98 per cent of people were happy with the response.
