The shinty boys of 1933.
At long last, a ‘town hall clock’ has made a comeback to Cameron Square. Admittedly, the timepiece – a relic from Corrour Station – is now an exhibit in the West Highland Museum, so it will not be for outdoor viewing. However, it IS a start. Perhaps our latest council group of city fathers and mothers will see their way clear to devote a little of their valuable time towards providing the square with a modern-day version of the town hall clock. Time will tell.
