D-Day for planning decisions

COUNCILLORS at Kilmory were expected to make decisions on two building projects yesterday.

Tiree crofter Karl Hughes hopes to build a campsite for 10 motorhomes and 10 tents at Balevullin, which has 12 letters of support and 18 objections. And Graham MacQueen hopes councillors will not order the demolition of a recreational hut he built without permission for his disabled wife, near the famous Bridge over the Atlantic. The plan attracted 116 letters of support and 17 objections
