LOCHABER Police are urging cyclists to be more considerate when riding around the town after a pedestrian was nearly knocked down in broad daylight.
Irene Greeley from Fort William was knocked off balance by a cyclist travelling at speed through the underpass near The Parade last week.
Mrs Greeley, who has breast cancer, told The Oban Times she was left badly shaken and with bruises after the incident. She said the cyclist had failed to stop.
