Dress down day raises charity cash for Water Aid

KINLOCHLEVEN High School’s eco committee held a fundraising dress down day for Water Aid.

The children raised more than £100 to help provide clean water and sanitation in deprived countries.

Head teacher Rebecca Machin said in September 2015, 193 world leaders agreed to 17 global goals for sustainable development. If these goals were completed, it would mean an end to extreme poverty, inequality and climate change by 2030.
