In April 2015, the Land Business Transaction Tax replaced UK Stamp Duty in Scotland, and the Scottish government claimed that nine out of 10 taxpayers would be better or no worse off under the new system.
The Scottish government was asked about the overall effect of the change and how it is being assessed two years on.
