PROPOSED changes to health care in parts of the Highlands have been described as ‘deeply unfortunate’.

The NHS says the current model is unsustainable and it aims to reduce dependency on doctors. In principle this means cover at Glenelg, Lochaline, Tongue and Armadale will cease.
