There is a new event coming to Oban – a day of yoga and mindfulness on Saturday February 11 from 10am to
4.30pm. It is being run by two women from Seil Island, Claire Hartley (mindfulness instructor) and Karen McCoss (yoga teacher). 'The day will consist of sessions of yoga alternating with sessions of mindfulness,' Claire explained, 'and anyone is welcome – they can be a beginner or experienced at yoga and it doesn’t matter if they don’t know anything about mindfulness. The day will give a good overview of what mindfulness is and how it can help people to be less stressed and anxious.'
