Wanted: Pink Ladies who deserve a day’s pampering

A SURVIVOR of a life threatening disease is putting her experiences at the heart of a day allowing women living with cancer to thrive.

Nicky Murphy, an advertising director with Wyvex Media, has had first-hand experience of breast cancer and now provides a day for 80 women who would benefit from a day of laughter and pampering.

Nicky, who was raising a young baby at the time she was diagnosed with the illness, said: ‘The Pink Ladies’ Day is a special annual event dedicated to women from the west of Scotland who have experienced firsthand living and dealing with breast cancer.
