THE Easdale branch of British Legion Scotland raised more than £1,500 at its annual sale last Saturday.
The sale, which took place in a busy Seil Island hall, commenced with a speech by Flight Lieutenant Neil Galloway an RAF chaplain, who spoke about his work with veterans in prisons and with men and women who have reached ‘rock bottom’.
