I am not sure whether community councillor Duncan Martin is representing Oban Community Council, himself or nobody in respect of his comments regarding Argyll Community Housing Association’s (ACHA) ‘uninspiring housing’ quoted in last week’s Oban Times.

The housing that ACHA has built in Oban, Connel and Dalmally has high space standards and we embrace innovation through air source heat pumps and solar panels. We make no apology for building homes which focus on space and quality on the inside because that’s what our tenants want.
