Christmas is a lovely ti me to visit Fort William and Lochaber. The mountains are frosted with snow and fairy lights twinkle from town and village, creating a magical winter holiday atmosphere.
Celebrate the season at the Lochaber Christmas Festival sponsored by the Rotary Club at Glen Nevis Visitor Centre on November 26. The centre will be transformed into a winter wonderland with stalls and entertainment. From 9.30am to 4.30pm, enjoy the Designer Craft and Food Fair. The kids can visit Santa’s Grotto, and there will be live music and a raffe. Santa and his reindeer will take off from Cameron Square at 11am and parade through the town, arriving at the Nevis Centre.
