Make your visit to the Natural History Museum even more memorable this year with a yoga class, in collaboration with Walthamstow studio East of Eden. The museum is lining up a season of sessions in various locations around this amazing building, including a morning class (April 7) under Hintze Hall’s magniicent blue whale skeleton for an experience weaving breathwork with movement and sound.
Orenjoy one of the regular summer classes taking place underneath Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon artwork. Led by a qualified instructor, attendees will be guided thr ough a series of movements and poses that will connect to the moon hanging above. Choose from a variety of classes ranging from dynamic vinyasa and yin yoga to a gong bath to heighten your senses. There are even sessions that celebrate the different phases of the moon (the beginning of the lunar cycle or the full moon).
