V&A TO MOUNT MAJOR OPERA EXHIBITION

London’s Victoria and Albert Museum has announced that it will mount a major new exhibition this autumn in collaboration with the Royal Opera House, aimed at creating a ‘vivid and immersive journey’ through nearly 400 years of opera.

Opera: Passion, Power and Politics will be the first exhibition staged in the V&A’s new, purpose-built Sainsbury Gallery, one of the largest exhibition spaces in Europe.
